Information

As a course participant, please pay attention to the following.

All weekly courses begin Monday at 11.00 and end Friday at 12.00.

Check in can take place from 13.00, and the reception is open and staffed on Monday from 08.30 to 19.00 and Tuesday-Friday between 07.30 and 19.00. On Sunday evening the reception is not open, so you will receive a door code to use during this period.

Needing your room the day before?

If you need your room the day before the course starts, here are the rules: TUK will pay for an extra night’s stay if your travel time means you would have to leave home before 06.00 to reach the course location using public transport. The basis for the travel time calculation is Rejseplanen.dk

The person who books the extra night’s stay must pay for it. That means that if you are entitled to accommodation the night before the course begins, contact your local representative or TUK (telephone +45 70 300 300), who will make the booking for you. You’re welcome to book yourself if you’re not entitled to an extra night’s stay but would like to pay for one in order to arrive Sunday.
